CANCELLATION POLICY
APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY š³ CARD ON FILE REQUIRED A valid credit card is required to book all appointments. By scheduling, you authorize Absolut Health & Wellness to charge applicable fees in accordance with this policy. ā° 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY We require a minimum of 24 hoursā notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. ⢠Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of: ⢠$100 for standard appointments ⢠$250 for injectable appointments ⢠$500 for facial balancing or appointments over 60 minutes š« NO-SHOW POLICY Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in: ⢠30% of the scheduled service being charged ⢠Future bookings may require prepayment š INJECTABLE & SAME-DAY POLICY Due to the preparation and reserved time for injectable services: ⢠Same-day cancellations or reschedules will be charged: ⢠$250 minimum or 50% of service (whichever is greater) ā³ LATE ARRIVALS Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may: ⢠Be required to reschedule ⢠Be charged a late cancellation fee šµ DEPOSITS & PREPAYMENTS ⢠All deposits are non-refundable ⢠Deposits may be applied toward your service if proper notice is given ⢠Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows š MEMBERSHIP CLIENTS ⢠Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in: ⢠Forfeiture of that treatment session ⢠Membership payments remain non-refundable and ongoing per agreement ā NO EXCEPTIONS POLICY We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. All policies are strictly enforced with no exceptions, including: ⢠Illness ⢠Work conflicts ⢠Childcare issues ⢠Travel delays š² AGREEMENT By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
