Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY 💳 CARD ON FILE REQUIRED A valid credit card is required to book all appointments. By scheduling, you authorize Absolut Health & Wellness to charge applicable fees in accordance with this policy. ⏰ 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of: • $100 for standard appointments • $250 for injectable appointments • $500 for facial balancing or appointments over 60 minutes 🚫 NO-SHOW POLICY Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in: • 30% of the scheduled service being charged • Future bookings may require prepayment 💉 INJECTABLE & SAME-DAY POLICY Due to the preparation and reserved time for injectable services: • Same-day cancellations or reschedules will be charged: • $250 minimum or 50% of service (whichever is greater) ⏳ LATE ARRIVALS Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may: • Be required to reschedule • Be charged a late cancellation fee 💵 DEPOSITS & PREPAYMENTS • All deposits are non-refundable • Deposits may be applied toward your service if proper notice is given • Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows 🔁 MEMBERSHIP CLIENTS • Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in: • Forfeiture of that treatment session • Membership payments remain non-refundable and ongoing per agreement ❗ NO EXCEPTIONS POLICY We respect your time and ask that you respect ours.
